Alfredo Rios

Weslaco, TX – Alfredo Rios, 68, passed away to be with the Lord on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Knapp Medical Center.  Mr. Rios was born January 7, 1952 to Antonio & Eufemia Rios in Weslaco, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Chano Rios, Chago Rios, Juan Rios; 2 sisters, Margarita Tellez, Elidia Rios; & 1 granddaughter, Aria Natalie Rios.  Mr. Rios is survived by his wife, Hilaria Rios of Weslaco, TX; 4 sons, Saul Rios (Sylvia), Miguel Angel Rios, Andres Rios (Claudia Lizette), all of Weslaco, TX, Alfredo Rios, Jr. (Esther) of Donna, TX; 1 brother, Jesus Rios of California; 3 sisters, Maria Reyes of Weslaco, TX, Paula Rios, & Julia Valdez, both of California.  Also surviving are 9 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, December 11, 2020 with a 3:00 p.m. memorial service at Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco – Chapel of The Heavens.  Officiating will be Deacon Sergio Gonzalez.  Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna.  Arrangements are under the direction of Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco, Inc., 2602 N.
