Jose Concepcion Peña, 50, passed away to be with the Lord on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Knapp Medical Center. Mr. Peña was born August 3, 1972, to Jose Ruben & Maria Rosario Peña in Weslaco, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Ruben Peña; 1 sister, Maria Francisca Garcia & 1 nephew, Alfonso Garcia, Jr. Mr. Peña is survived by 2 daughters, Kesley Nicole Peña, Mallory Kaelyn Peña both of Brownsville, TX; his mother, Maria R. Peña of Weslaco, TX; 4 brothers, Jose Ruben Peña Jr., Juan Peña, Jose Cruz Peña & Jesus Antonio Peña all of Weslaco, TX. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, January 2, 2022 at Guerra Funeral Home – Chapel of The Angels. Mr. Peña will be cremated at Val Verde Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco, Inc., 2602 N. Texas Ave., Weslaco, TX (956) 969-1461.
