Manuel enjoyed singing rancheras and corridos. “La Palomita”, “Indita Mia”, “Corazon Solido, and “Una Noche Me Embriague” were amongst his favorite songs. Manuel and his wife, Noelia, enjoyed dancing. They always looked forward to attending their family and friend’s weddings and quinceaneras. They were known for dancing boleros, polkas, redoyas, and huapangos, but their most memorable times were dancing at their granddaughters’ quinceaneras.
Although Manuel suffered from Alzheimer’s late in his life, his love for his wife and family remained constant and strong. Manuel will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a doting husband, father, and grandfather. A man of faith who was kind, patient, gentle, and loving to all.
