Marcela “Marcy” Reyes, 70, passed away to be with the Lord, Monday, June 29, 2020 at her residence in Elsa. TX. Mrs. Reyes was born June 2, 1950 to Pedro C. & Otilia Reyes in Mercedes, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 brother, Jose G. Reyes & 1 sister, Rosita Reyes. Mrs. Reyes is survived by 1 daughter, Rosie (Juan) Gutierrez of Elsa, TX; 1 son, Martin Reyes of Elsa, TX; 2 sisters, Florestela Rodriguez of Elsa, TX, Imelda Arteaga of Edinburg, TX; 7 grandchildren, E.J. Estrada, Jr., Emily De Leon, Jessica Ramon, Blade Lozano, Aneera Lozano, Aricka Crabbe, Matthew (Caitlin) Gutierrez & 9 great-grandchildren, Edward Estrada III, Olivia M. Estrada, Kiomi Estrada, Evelyn Ramon, Amber Ramon, Delia Ramon, Manuel Ramon, Guadalupe Ramon, Jr. & Malakai Gutierrez. Also surviving is her special niece, April Vasquez.
