Weslaco, TX – Pascuala M. Caballero, 98, passed away to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Knapp Medical Center. Mrs. Caballero was born May 17, 1922, to Julio & Virginia Martinez in Mercedes, TX. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Agustin Caballero; 3 sons, Jesus Caballero, Roel Caballero, Agustin Caballero, Jr.; 1 daughter, Virginia Garcia; 2 brothers, Martin Martinez, Juan Martinez; 2 sisters, Ramona Martinez & Felicitas Abeldaño. She is survived by 1 son, Rafael Caballero (Yolanda) of Weslaco, TX; 3 daughters, Benita Garcia (Julian), Olga Perez (Ramiro+), both of Weslaco, TX, Irene Jasso (Arturo) of Corpus Christi, TX; 3 brothers, Jose Martinez, Faustino Martinez, Gregorio Martinez, all of Weslaco, TX; & 2 sisters, Margarita Montalvo & Irene Alaniz, both of Weslaco, TX. Also surviving are 32 grandchildren, 70 great-grandchildren, 68 great-great-grandchildren, & 40 great-great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2020 at Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco – Chapel of The Heavens with a 6:00 p.m. rosary. Funeral service will be held 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco – Chapel of The Heavens. Celebrant will be Rev. Francisco Solis. Interment will follow at Weslaco City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Romaldo J. Perez, Juan Alaniz, Jr., Roel Caballero, Jr., Adrian Caballero, Zane Caballero & Rogelio Jesus Garcia.
