Weslaco, TX – Petra Ramirez, 86, passed away to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at her residence in Weslaco, TX.  Mrs. Ramirez was born September 22, 1935, to Seferino & Lucia Ramirez in Mexico.  She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 son, Ramon Garcia; 1 daughter, Lucia Garcia; & 1 brother, Alfonso Ramirez Garcia.  Mrs. Ramirez is survived by 1 son, Heriberto Garcia of Weslaco, TX; 1 sister, Olivia Ramirez Garcia of Reynosa Tamaulipas Mexico; numerous grandchildren including Cindy Garcia, Heriberto Garcia, Jr., Juan Jose Garcia; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2022, at Guerra Funeral Home Weslaco - Chapel of The Angels.  Cremation will take place at Val Verde Memorial Gardens in Donna, TX.  Arrangements are under the direction of Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco, Inc., 2602 N.
