Weslaco, TX – Ramona Rodriguez, 81, passed away to be with the Lord on Monday, August 17, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. Rodriguez was born May 28, 1939 in Weslaco, TX to Jesus & Isabel Garza. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Santos Rodriguez; 4 brothers, Ramiro Garza, Jesus Garza, Jr., Juan Garza & Joe Garza. Mrs. Garza is survived her 2 daughters, Janie Contreras (Jimmie), Rachel Anzaldua (Jaime) both of Weslaco, TX; 2 brothers, Felix Garza of Katy, TX, Beto Garza of Weslaco, TX; 2 sisters, Mary Estrada & Sylvia Ocañas both of Weslaco, TX. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, Robby Contreras, Priscilla Contreras, Anthony Contreras, 4 great-grandchildren, Joshua Contreras, Josiah Contreras, Amazin Sandoval & Amiyah Sandoval. All services will be private. Flowers can be delivered to Los Pentecostales De Weslaco on Sunday, August 23, 2020 after 4:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Jaime Anzaldua, Anthony Contreras, Robby Contreras, Joshua Contreras, Felix Garza, Jimmie Contreras. Honorary pallbearers will be Josiah Contreras, Amanzin Sandoval & Amiyah Sandoval. Arrangements are under the direction of Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco, Inc., 2602 N.
