Rosa Maria Tamez

Weslaco, TX – Rosa Maria Tamez, 68, passed away to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Valley Baptist Medical Center.  Mrs. Tamez was born July 7, 1952 to Luis & Etelvina Cruz in Reynosa Tamaulipas Mexico.  She is preceded in death by her parents.  Mrs. Tamez is survived by her husband, Juan Tamez of Weslaco, TX; 3 sons, Juan Enrique Tamez, Saul Tamez (Belen), David Tamez (Stephanie), all of Weslaco, TX & 2 daughters, Susana Ramirez (Abel) of Donna, TX & Diana Tamez of Weslaco, TX.  Also surviving are 15 grandchildren.  Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 12, 2020 at Los Pentecostales De Weslaco.  Interment follow at Highland Memorial Park.  Pallbearers will be David Tamez, Elliot Tamez, Nathaniel Tamez, Christopher Zapata, Matthew Zapata & Saul Tamez.  Arrangements are under the direction of Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco, 2602 N.
